BACKGROUND
Hi! I'm Mathieu!
I am a Food Engineer and PhD.
As a Smartsheet Operation Supervisor in a fast-growing manufacturing company, I had to create harmony between departments such as production, quality assurance, quality control, R&D, marketing, business development, finances and shipping. To do so, I created multiple collaborative spreadsheets, reports and taught to each actor how to communicate with each other. After only a few months, the first results were exciting:
- shorter delivery lead-times by 75% (from one year to three months)
- greater clarity, smarter orientation strategies and 20% higher sales
- 15% cost savings on raw materials and packaging bills
This led to cheerful employees and satisfied clients willing to order more products.
